Your city, your colors, your voice — built around visitor discovery from day one.

The product

Six surfaces, one platform.

CultureHub isn't a calendar with a CMS bolted on. It's a complete arts-and-culture ecosystem: events, public art, AI experiences, deep heritage data, venue storefronts, and measurable analytics — all built together from day one.

01

Events calendar

Every concert, opening, festival, lecture, and family activity in your city — categorized, geocoded, filterable, and bookmarkable. Auto-import from existing scrapers, ticketing platforms, and venue feeds.

  • Today / This Weekend / Upcoming sections
  • Category color-coding (Music, Comedy, Art, Theater, …)
  • Free vs ticketed filters
  • Reminder emails per event (4-hour, 24-hour)

  • Category and material filtering

AI Explorer

Visitors describe what they're looking for in plain language and get a custom multi-stop itinerary — venues, events, public art, heritage stops — with real-time GPS-triggered audio narration as they walk. The audio tours double as an accessibility feature: visitors with low vision, dyslexia, or reading difficulty get the same rich content everyone else does.

  • Pick interests, time available, transport mode
  • Generated stop-by-stop tour with distance estimates
  • Real human-quality voice narration (not robotic TTS)
  • GPS-triggered audio so the right stop plays at the right place
  • ADA-friendly: audio alternatives to all text content

Heritage & history

Most arts platforms ignore the deeper layer of a city. CultureHub treats heritage as a first-class module — landmarks, architecture, residences, districts — with periods, types, and trails that tie historic places back to events and public art happening there today.

  • Landmarks, residences, districts, geological sites, more
  • Period filtering (Federal, Greek Revival, Victorian, …)
  • Heritage Trail itineraries that connect related sites
  • Each landmark gets its own page with photos and history

Venue storefronts

Each venue gets a polished public page — hero photo, description, map, hours, social links, photo gallery, and a one-click button to their own website. Built-in analytics for every venue, so they can see exactly what CultureHub drives for them.

  • Branded hero, description, photo gallery
  • Embedded map, address, hours, contact links
  • One-click website + call buttons (tracked outbound)
  • Per-venue Analytics tab — clicks, sessions, top events

Measurable outcomes

Most arts platforms can't prove value. CultureHub tracks every outbound click, ticket purchase routed to a venue, and visitor session — so when budget conversations happen, you have data, not vibes.

  • Real-time visitors and per-region session data
  • Year-over-year growth on every key metric
  • Daily pageview chart with peak detection
  • Exportable for grant reports and budget meetings

Why CultureHub

Built different on purpose.

Arts platforms are usually one of two things: a calendar with a generic CMS, or a custom build that takes 18 months to ship. CultureHub is neither.

Modular, not monolithic

Turn modules on or off per tenant. Don't need Heritage? Don't deploy it. Want callboard later? Flip a switch.

Branded for your city

Your colors, your logo, your tone of voice. The platform feels like yours — not a third-party vendor's product.

Multi-tenant, multi-tier

City, metro, statewide, country-level. State tenants automatically aggregate child cities. Built to scale without re-platforming.

Accessibility built in

WCAG 2.2 AA across every page, ADA-friendly audio tours with real human-quality voice narration, and GPS-triggered playback so visitors with low vision, dyslexia, or reading difficulty get the same rich experience everyone else does.

Want to see your city on it?

Tell us about your city and we'll spin up a demo tenant pre-loaded with real venues from Google Places — usually the same day.

One-time response. No drip campaigns. No data resale.

Common Questions

Frequently asked

What is CultureHub?
CultureHub is an arts and culture management platform for cities, regions, and arts commissions. It combines event calendars, public art mapping with audio tours, heritage landmarks, venue and organization directories, artist profiles, and AI-powered itineraries — all on one tenant-aware deployment.
Who is CultureHub for?
City arts commissions, county tourism boards, state arts councils, regional cultural alliances, film commissions, and any organization responsible for promoting or managing the cultural life of a place. Our pipeline spans city, county, and statewide deployments across the U.S. and internationally.
Is CultureHub accessible (ADA / WCAG)?
Yes. CultureHub is built WCAG 2.1 AA compliant. Audio tours double as accessibility — visitors with low vision, dyslexia, or reading difficulty get the same rich content as everyone else. Every page meets keyboard-navigation, screen-reader, and color-contrast standards.
How does pricing work?
CultureHub uses an annual licensing model with a one-time setup fee. Pricing scales with tenant tier (city, county, state, country) and the number of modules enabled. Contact us for a same-day quote — we typically respond within hours, not days.
How long does deployment take?
A new tenant goes live in 2-4 weeks from contract signature. The platform is multi-tenant by design — your subdomain (e.g. yourcity.culturehub.pro), branded look, content seeding, and admin training are included.
Can residents and visitors submit content?
Yes. Artists submit profiles, organizations submit their info, residents and visitors can suggest events and public art. All submissions go through admin moderation before publishing.
