Early Childhood Pop-Up: Young Zoologist
Young Zoologist Practice your observation skills and learn what it takes to be a zoologist. Find our young zoologist stations in the Islands Zone on Thursdays between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. to help us track the behavior of some islands mammals. We’ll work on our observation skills by marking where animals are in the exhibits and what they’re doing. Guests will also be able to test their knowledge by identifying different types of animal scat or tracks. Price FREE with Louisville Zoo membership or admission About Early Childhood Pop-ups The fun will be popping up this spring and summer at the Zoo! Perfect for young learners, these new pop-up programs invite families and their children to play, observe and learn in new ways all while visiting the Zoo! Use your imagination during free play in the Cub House, gather around for a story reading, think like a zookeeper with animal activity stations or go on a Litter Critter quest. Pop up programs are FREE with membership or admission to the Zoo. For a full list of details and available sessions, visit our website.
