Early Childhood Pop-Up: Litter Critters
Litter Critters Plastic is everywhere! Join us at our Litter Critter stations to learn how plastic waste effects animals and humans here in Kentucky and around the world. We’ll play games focused on recycling to earn a special sticker! These stations will be in the MetaZoo or the HerpAquarium on Wednesday afternoons in the spring. Price FREE with Louisville Zoo membership or admission About Early Childhood Pop-ups The fun will be popping up this spring and summer at the Zoo! Perfect for young learners, these new pop-up programs invite families and their children to play, observe and learn in new ways all while visiting the Zoo! Use your imagination during free play in the Cub House, gather around for a story reading, think like a zookeeper with animal activity stations or go on a Litter Critter quest. buy now! Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Social Lights Let the good times GLOW! Relax with a cool beverage and delicious appetizers while enjoying exclusive keeper talks and animal interactions in our Giraffe/Rhino area. As the sun sets, stay for our popular Wild Lights lantern festival. Wild Lights entry is included with your Social Lights ticket. Guests will enjoy the happy hour experience first, then the full Wild Lights route will open at 8:00 p.m. You’ll have until 11:30 p.m. to explore the Zoo and take in the lanterns. Tickets include event entry, tasty appetizers, and two drink tickets redeemable for beer, wine, or a specialty cocktail. Additional beverages will be available for purchase. This event is for guests ages 21 and older. No children will be admitted. Outside alcohol will not be permitted. There are no refunds, rainchecks or discounts for this special experience. Music Industry Night - Open Jam
Join us every Wednesday for the areas best open mic/open jam where musicians around the area meet up for jam together and make new friends and even form new bands.
